In the spring of 2003, two moms got together to create a fresh, wholesome after-school snack for their kids. They toiled and tinkered with pretzel recipes until they finally found the one, the original recipe for hot soft pretzels. They shared their pretzels with family and friends and the reaction was out of this world! With that initial success and after much prayer, they decided to start their own company, The Hot Soft Pretzel Company.
